Larry Young Field Dedication & Celebration – Lions Park

Join the Oregon Park District as we dedicate and name the field at Lions Park the Larry Young Field. An Oregon Graduate, Larry Young began his umpiring career at Lions Park and officiated games of his peers. He cultivated his love for umpiring into a very successful career in Major League Baseball. Larry was an umpire for two World Series, two All-Star games, and countless division & league championship series.
This celebration will include Oregon Park District Minor Boys game, food and family fun! Mark your calendars!
