Waiver for ShamROCK The Town

In consideration of my participation in this event, intending to be legally bound, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, I hereby confirm I am of the age of twenty one (21) years or older and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the volunteer leaders, employees, officers, agents, and representatives (in their official and individual capacities) of the Oregon Area Chamber of Commerce, Sponsors, Shuttle Operators, and Participating Businesses from any and all liability, claim, loss, damages or expenses, including costs of attorney fees that may incur as a result of any claims, actions or lawsuits that arise out of, occur during, or are in any way connected with my participation in this event.
